BEFORE & AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS
STUDENTS EXCEL AFTER THE BELL IN THE Y’S NURTURING PROGRAMS.
The YMCA provides quality Before & After School programs for students in grades K–5 at various Onslow County Elementary Schools. Our programs feature dedicated homework time, creative arts, and active indoor and outdoor games. Staffed by enthusiastic leaders who serve as positive role models, our Before School programs start at either 6:00 AM or 6:30 AM, depending on the school site, and all After School programs conclude at 6:00 PM.
We’re proud to offer a military discount of 5% upon request. To receive this discount, please first complete the registration process, then email admin@newriverymca.org
Before School: $30 per week
After School: $55 per week

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAYS
The New River YMCA offers an extended After School Program for teachers and parents during OCS Professional Development Days. Held in the student’s elementary school cafeteria, the program runs from early dismissal until 6 PM at a cost of $25 per child.
Note: Students already enrolled in the After School Program are automatically covered on Professional Development Days and do not need to register separately, as these days are included in their program fees.
