Programs for Children
Playschool & Preschool (Ages 2–5)
- Our Playschool and Preschool programs offer a nurturing, play-based environment where young children can grow, explore, and thrive. Filled with music, movement, storytelling, hands-on activities, and outdoor fun, we focus on building social-emotional skills and introducing early academic concepts.
Junior Kindergarten (Ages 4–5)
- Our Junior Kindergarten program bridges the gap between preschool and kindergarten, offering a structured yet playful approach to learning. Designed for children ready for the next step, this program emphasizes kindergarten readiness through literacy, math, problem-solving, and social development. Registration is now open for the 2025-2026 school year!

Active Older Adults (AOA) & Low Impact Fitness
AOA Chair Fitness
Gentle, seated exercises to improve flexibility, strength, and balance – perfect for active older adults who want to stay healthy and independent.
Low-Impact Strength Training
Build strength and confidence with exercises that are easy on the joints but big on results! Focusing on full-body movements, core, and pelvic floor strengthening.
